Paper Smooches April Guest Designer Cross Stitched Cards for my LAST Post!! =)

HELLO & HAPPY HUMP DAY!! 
SQUEAL!! I'm SO EXCITED and SAD at the same time!!!!
Today I'm here today for my LAST Post with Paper Smooches as their April Guest Designer!!
I CAN'T BELIEVE how FAST this Month went by and I CAN'T WAIT to share what I've made for today!! I'm also linking up to the New Paper Smooches April Challenge: Showers!! I was thinking Showered with LOVE meets the criteria!!?? Hope that Counts!!??  =)
I had SO MUCH FUN Playing with the April Release Products!! After getting my goodies, I decided it would be FUN to create some cards using the New Cross Stitch Die!! I've used some of the other New April Products along with some older products too!! =) Let's take a Look!!

 SQUEAL!! How FUN is that Cross Stitched Sequin Heart!! It's SO EASY to do too!! All you need to do is Follow the regular Cross Stitch Pattern except for on your Second Stitch to finish the X you'll place your Sequin and a coordinating Seed Bead on the Needle!! Then you'll go back through the Sequin using the Bead as a Stopper and run back down through the Stitch hole!! Then rather than coming back up two holes away to make another X you'll just go One Hole away and Cross back down through the hole of the last Finished X and continue like that making sure ALL of your X's run in the same order so that the sequins lay Flat against on another!! I used Pretty Pink Posh Rose Gold Sequins and some Rose Gold Seed Beads!! I just LOVE LOVE LOVE the way it turned out!! I watercolored my Background with some Tattered Rose and Spun Sugar Distress Inks and then added some Splatters of Distress Pewter Stain, Distress Black Soot Paint and some Distress Spun Sugar Ink and Water Droplets!! I LOVE the way it compliments my Images!! I used the SWEET Hippo from the Huge Hugs Stamp Set and the coordinating Huge Hugs Die Set to Die Cut it out!! I used Copic Markers to Color Her and added a SWEET Bow from the Bows Dies Die Set!! Some White Gel Pen Dots finish off her Cheeks, and some Spectrum Noir Glitter Pen for some SPARKLE!!  I added a Pretty Pink Posh Silver Heart Confetti to the Center of the Bow to finish it off!! I used a Flag Tags Die Cut from some Simon Says Stamp Black Cardstock and some Simon Says Stamp White Embossing Powder to White Embossed my Sentiment from the Huge Hugs 2 Stamp Set!!

For my LAST Card I used some Metallic Gold Embroidery Thread and Stitched my Heart Shape!! Then I used the SWEET Image from the Pineapple Crush Stamp Set!! I used Distress Inks to Watercolor her and then added a SWEET Bow from the Bows Dies Die Set!! Some White Gel Pen Dots finish off her Cheeks, and some Spectrum Noir Glitter Pen for some SPARKLE!! I Stamped and Embossed the Sentiment from the  Huge Hugs 2 Stamp Set with some Hero Arts Gold Embossing Powder and added it to a Bookplates Die Frame also from some Simon Says Stamp Black Cardstock!! I added some Distress Ink Splatters in Tattered Rose and Cracked Pistachio and some Black Soot Distress Paint Splatters along with some Gold Pretty Pink Posh Sequins in 8mm, 6mm and 4mm Sizes along with some Mini Heart Confetti!! I LOVE LOVE LOVE the way it turned out!!! =)

I decided to use the Newton's Support Stamp Set as I've had SEVERAL Friends find out they have Breast Cancer recently!! So PLEASE do yourself a HUGE Favor and get checked!! Even if you think you're too YOUNG or that you don't have any Family History so it doesn't apply to you!! WRONG!! Most of my Friends lately have been in their early 30's and EARLY Detection MEANS EVERYTHING!! So I decided to create a BEAUTIFUL Encouragement Card to send to a DEAR Friend!! She was one of my Sister's College Roommates and they Played Volleyball together!! She came to see me and eat with us a Year ago before my Radical Surgery in Omaha and had just given Birth to her 2 Baby!! It was SO SWEET of her to come and SUPPORT me during that time!! I was SHOCKED to hear of her diagnosis and wanted to send her something to let her KNOW she's on my Mind and in my Thoughts and Prayers!!
I started with a Prima Lace Doily Die, that I Die Cut from some Simon Says Stamp Cotton Candy Cardstock!! Then I Stamped and Embossed the Image and Fussy Cut it out!! I Watercolored it using Distress Inks!! Then I Die Cut a Simon Says Stamp Stitched Circle and Inked it using Distress Inks!! I Stamped and Embossed the Sentiment and then added some Black Soot Distress Paint Splatters and some Pretty Pink Posh Iridescent Sequins!!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE the way it turned out and I HOPE it'll Brighten the Day of our SWEET Friend who is going through this Difficult Time!!

Paper Smooches April Guest Designer 3 Cards for my Thrisd Post!! =)

SQUEAL!! I'm SO EXCITED!!
Today I'm here today for my THIRD Post with Paper Smooches as their April Guest Designer!! I CAN'T WAIT to share what I've made for today!! I'm also linking up to the New Paper Smooches April Challenge: Showers!! I was thinking Showered with Rainbow Colored Pineapples meets the criteria!!?? Hope that Counts!!??  =)
I had SO MUCH FUN Playing with the April Release Products!! After getting my goodies, I decided it would be FUN to create a Colorful Pineapple Stamped Background using the Pineapple Crush Stamp Set!! I've used some older products too!! =) Let's take a Look!!

 While I was Stamping my Backgrounds I decided to Stamp Several at once beings I had everything out and ready to go!! I used Distress Oxide Inks and I DOUBLE Stamped them using the Rolling Technique to just Ink the outside edges of the Stamps to get a Shadow/Shaded Detail to the outside Edges of the Images!! I've used (Worn Lipstick & Fired Brick for the Pink Pineapples, Fossilized Amber & Spiced Marmalade for the Yellow Pineapples, Cracked Pistachio & Iced Spruce for the Turquoise Pineapples and Peeled Paint & Vintage Photo for the Leaves of the Pineapples)  Then I used the Outline Image and Embossed it  using the Walnut Stain Distress Embossing Powder!! Then a added a Black Cardstock Banner Die Cut from the Flag Tags Dies!! I also added some Pretty Pink Posh Sequins in colors to match!!

 This card looks ALOT like the First Card, but if you look close its DIFFERENT!! After I Stamped the Background and Embossed the Outline Image with Walnut Distress Embossing Powder I Sprayed the WOLE Panel with water from my Spray Bottle!! Its SO NEAT in REAL LIFE how the Colors Moved and Changed and Caused the OXIDIZED look to the Colors!! Parts of the Leaves turned Yellow and the Colors changed in depth!! SQUEAL!! Either way you're SURE to have FUN Stamping these Images and playing with the DIFFERENT looks you can get from the SAME products just trying different techniques!! 

For my Third Card I used SEVERAL of the New Release Products!! I've used the

Pineapple Crush Stamp Set and the Pineapple Crush Icons Die Set, Harlequin Die, Pineapple Crush 2 Stamp Set and the Bows Dies Die Set!!

I Splattered some of the Distress Oxide Fossilized Amber and Tattered Rose Distress Ink on the Card Base!! I Stamped and Embossed the Sentiment from the Pineapple Crush 2 Stamp Set!! Then I Stamped and Embossed the Images and used Distress Inks to Watercolor them!! I Die Cut the Small Bow from some SSS Cardstock and Layered them for a Dimensional Bow!! Then I added some Spectrum Noir Clear Glitter Pen over the Bow, on the Pink in the Ears, Cheeks and Nose of the Bunny and then on the Drink!! For the Pineapple I used Distress Oxide Inks and I DOUBLE Stamped them using the Rolling Technique to just Ink the outside edges of the Stamps to get a Shadow/Shaded Detail to the outside Edges of the Image!! I used Fossilized Amber & Spiced Marmalade for the Pineapple and Peeled Paint & Vintage Photo for the Leaves!! Then I used the Outline Image and Embossed it again using the Walnut Stain Distress Embossing Powder!! I layered the Images onto the Harlequin Die Cut from Kraft Cardstock using Foam Tape to Pop them up and my Card was done!! I LOVE LOVE LOVE the way they ALL turned out and hope you do too!!??

I've used something from ALL of the New Products for my Card today!! SQUEAL!! LOVE how they ALL work together so well!!  =)

I Created a FUN Shaker Card using the New Square Scallop Frames Sweet Cuts!! I Layered two layers of FUN Foam together so I'd have a Thicker Shaker Window because I KNEW I wanted to use LOTS of RAINBOW Colored Pretty Pink Posh Sequins for the inside of my Shaker!! I Stamped and Embossed the Images form the You Add Color to My Life Stamp Set and then I Die Cut them out using the Coordinating You Add Color to My Life Sweet Cuts!! I used the BEAUTIFUL Sentiment from the New Love You to Pieces Stamp Set!!
I LOVE LOVE LOVE the Simple Design with the POP of Colors from the Sequins!!
I HOPE you LOVE the New Release and that you've ENJOYED ALL of the AMAZING Inspiration being shared using it!!??

Square Scallop Frames Sweet Cuts

You Add Color to My Life

You Add Color to My Life Sweet Cuts

 Today I'm showcasing the New You Add Color to My Life Stamp Set, You add color to my life Sweet Cuts!! I Inked up the Paint Splatter Stamp in Sections using (Fired Brick, Spiced Marmalade, Fossilized Amber, Peeled Paint, and Broken China) I created 2 Masks of the Paint Splatter and after Stamping the Fired Brick, I Stamped the Broken China and then the Fossilized Amber Images!! I used the Masks on either side to Stamp the Spiced Marmalade and then the Peeled Paint, adding Judikins Detailed Clear Embossing Powder to make the Images POP!!

Then I Stamped and Embossed 5 of the Crayon Images and used Coordinating Copic Markers to Color them in to Match the Paint Splatter Images (Fired Brick: E07, R39, E09  Spiced Marmalade: YR68, YR07, YR18  Fossilized Amber: Y23, YR21, YR23  Peeled Paint: YG25, YG95, YG97  Broken China: BG01, BG23, B14)!! I was thinking I wanted them to be more like Crayon Wax Splatters!! FUN RIGHT!!??  =) Then I used Foam Tape to POP them up after I Die Cut them out using the Coordinating Die Set!! I LOVE the way it turned out!! To finish off my Card I Stamped and Embossed the Sentiment and I Masked the Letters in the Word COLOR using the same Distress Oxide Inks so I'd have a Visual Triangle of Rainbow Colors on my Card!! Alittle Black Burlap Twine Wrapped around the Top of the Card and my Card was Finished!!

Paper Sweeties | April 2017 Release Sneak Peeks!! =)

Welcome to the Paper Sweeties | April 2017 Release Sneak Peeks!! Today we are kicking off the New March Release that will be available in the Paper Sweeties Boutique on April 14th, 2017!!
Today I'm showcasing the New You Add Color to My Life Stamp Set, You add color to my life Sweet Cuts, and the Love You to Pieces Stamp Set!!
I thought it would be FUN to create a Rainbow Color Dripping Design using Distress Oxide Inks!!
I Inked up the stamp in equal sections using (Fired Brick, Spiced Marmalade, Fossilized Amber, Peeled Paint, Broken China and Wilded Violet)!! Then I Restamped over the Images with Vera Mark Ink to add Judikins Clear Detail Embossing Powder for a more Realistic Paint look!! I Stamped and Embossed my Sentiment in Versa Fine Black Onxy Ink and then added the Paint Drippings Above and Blow the Sentiment that I added Foam Tape to Pop them Up off the Card Base!! I LOVE the way it looks!!

Newton's Nook Designs April Release ~ Newton's Birdbath!! =)

HELLO!!

Happy THURSDAY and Welcome to the Last Day of the New Newton's Nook Designs April Release!! Today we're showcasing the New "Newton's Birdbath" Stamp Set + Coordinating Die Set!! I LOVE LOVE LOVE the New Images in this Set and think you will too!! Let's take a Look at the FULL Set, Sold Separately available Friday April 14th, 2017!!

SQUEAL!! How Set are these Images!!?? So MANY FUN Scenes you could build and this Image could be used for almost ANY Occasion too!!

 I wanted to create a FUN Garden Scene for my Card today!! =) So I started by creating a Cardstock Cloud Mask with the Sky Borders Die Set to create a FUN Cloud Background using Tumbled Glass Distress Ink!! SQUEAL!! I LOVE LOVE LOVE the way it turned out!!  =) Then to create the rest of  my Scene I added in a Picket Fence Die from Lawn Fawn!! It's the PERFCT Size Scale for the Image!! Then to finish off my Scene I added some Grass using the Land Borders Die Set!! I inked it up with Distress Inks too in Peeled Paint, Mowed Lawn and Twisted Citron!! Then I added some Water Droplets for some Texture!! I Stamped and Embossed the Images onto Distress Watercolor Paper and then used Distress Inks to Watercolor them in!! Once they were dry I used the Coordinating Dies to Die Cut them out and then I added some Spectrum Noir Glitter Pen!! I also added some Tonic Studios Morning Dew Nuvo Drops to the Water in the Birdbath for a Realistic Look!! I REALLY LOVE the way this Card turned out!!  =)
